A whole lot! At BoeG Uitzendbureau we do everything to enable you. Good skilled workers in construction and technical fiels are important to us. At BoeG, we know this very well, which is why we take care of our employees.

First, BoeG offers you a great job at a company that suits you. We always strive to offer you a salary that makes your bank account happy (according to your experience, your education and your motivation). Of course, we will adhere to the collective agreement applicable to your area. Do your work clothes or tools need to be replaced? Then we can take care of it. Do you want to get a trailer driver’s license or do you need VCA/SCC to do your job even better? BoeG thinks along and facilitates wherever possible. We even have a car (a real BoeGatti) for you to rent for a very reasonable price.

We also organize a pleasant barbecue for our employees every year in the summer. We’ll have a beer, throw in some bratwurst and hamburgers and make it a party. And in winter we go karting, just for the thrill of it. Simply because it’s fun and of course to find out who is the fastest.
